1. Conclusion of the contract:

The depiction of the products on chris.com does not constitute a legally binding offer but is instead a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the button “Buy now” you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Receipt of the order is confirmed immediately subsequent to dispatching of the order and does not yet constitute any contract acceptance. The purchase contract is completed only after our express statement or shipment of the goods.

2. Notice of cancellation
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.The revocation deadline is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last article of merchandise.To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us (German Auto Labs GAL GmbH, 10997 Berlin, e-mail address: help@chris.com) via an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) regarding your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose you can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is however not mandatory.To comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification regarding exercising the right to cancel before expiration of the revocation deadline.Consequences of cancellation
If you revoke this contract we must refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that accrue if you have selected a delivery type other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you employed for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees because of this refund. We can refuse refund until we have received the goods in return or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on whichever is the earlier date.You must return the goods to us immediately and in all cases at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before expiration of the period of fourteen days.

We bear the costs of returning the goods.You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is attributable to an unnecessary handling of them in order to check their quality, characteristics and functionality.

3. Exclusion/termination of the right to cancel

In accordance with § 312g Par. 2 BGB (Bundesgesetzbuch, German Civil Code) inter alia, a right to cancel does not exist with contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture individual selection or determination by the consumer is crucial or that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal requirements, and it terminates prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that for reasons of health safety or hygiene are not suitable for return if their seal was removed after delivery
4. Voluntary return warranty

For all purchases on chris.com we grant you, in addition to the legal right to cancellation, a voluntary return warranty of 30 days total from receipt of goods. You can also withdraw from the contract after expiration of the fourteen days cancellation period by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receiving them (period begins on the day after receipt of goods) provided that the goods are complete and in their original packaging and are in unused and undamaged condition, and that these are not goods that have been produced in special accordance with customer specification or are clearly tailored to the personal requirements. Timely shipment using the cost-free return slip (RMA) provided by the Customer Service department is sufficient to safeguard the deadline.

The voluntary return warranty acknowledged by contract does not affect your legal rights and claims. In particular, your legal right to cancellation and your legal rights of warranty remain in force without restriction.

5. Orders and deliveries
Orders and deliveries are possible in principle only within the following countries: Austria, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom. In principle delivery is provided by the shipping provider selected by Amazon (fulfillment by Amazon). Articles are released only in normal household quantities of max. 10 per article.

6. material or manufacturing defects
Should delivered articles have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage during transport, please file a complaint about such defects immediately either with us or with the parcel service employee who delivered the package. However, neglecting to make this complaint has no consequences for your legal claims. At your discretion, for all defects in the item purchased that appear during the legal warranty period, the legal claims apply for subsequent performance, remedying defects/supplying a new product and – when the statutory requirements are met – further claims to reduction in price or withdrawal and additionally to compensation for damages, including compensation of damage instead of fulfillment and compensation of your wasted expenses. If we grant you a seller warranty, the details are to be found in the warranty conditions that are attached to the respective article delivered. Warranty claims remain valid irrespective of the statutory claims/rights.

7. Validity of prices
The prices given on chris.com are dependent on the region/country selected (incl. legal value added tax).

8. Shipping costs
Shipping costs do not apply regardless of order and delivery address and also order value.

9. Payment
In principle, you can pay using a credit card (via Stripe) or PayPal. Discount deduction is not possible. We reserve the right to offer you only certain methods of payment for the delivery requested, for example, in order to safeguard ourselves against credit risk, only those which match the respective credit standing.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

Pay in 14/30 days: The payment period is 14/30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Austria.

Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Direct banking: Available in Germany, Austria. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

Direct Debit: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

The payment methods Pay in 14/30 days and Slice It are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

10. Retention of ownership:
Until payment has been completed in full, the goods remain our property.

11. Electronic communication
You agree that communication related to the contract can be in electronic form.

12. Alternative dispute resolution
We are not obligated and are not prepared to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Contract language/storage of the ordering text
The contract is signed on chris.com in the German or English language depending on the region/country selected. We do not store the order text, and after the ordering process is concluded it can no longer be retrieved. You will, however, receive your ordering information immediately after sending in the order as an e-mail.
